Postpartum Doula Support

Support, Care & Love Just When You Need It Most

As a mother of two, and my professional training as lactation counselor (CLC), a postpartum doula and an infant care specialist, I will use my skills to create a multifaceted postpartum support plan for your growing family’s needs. I will care for you and your family so you may focus on important things like resting and recovering from birth, bonding with your new baby, and gaining your footing as a new parent.

    Overnight & Hourly Postpartum Doula Support

    Services Include (but are not limited to):

    • Overnight/daytime in-person support during your postpartum hospital stay

    • Unwavering emotional support

    • Assessment of baby’s latch and troubleshooting of feeding issues

    • Organizational ideas and setup assistance for your home to maximize safety, efficiency and comfort

    • Suggestions on how to manage and care for your newborn, infant, and/or older siblings guided by your preferred beliefs and parenting style

    • Accompaniment to postpartum, maternal health, and pediatric appointments

    • Babywearing education and support

    • Referrals to postpartum care professionals to ensure you, your baby and your family are thriving and adjusting

    • Food preparation and planning

    • Grocery shopping and errands

    • Light housekeeping, laundry, dog care

    • Unlimited phone, text and email support

    • Overnight support 8 hours/shift minimum

    • Daytime support 4 hours/shift minimum

    FEES:

    $60/hr, non-birth doula client

    $55/hr, birth doula client

    A LA Carte Postpartum Doula Support

    Postpartum Preparation Support

    We will create a postpartum plan that supports integrating your new baby into your family. This option is for the family that wants to prepare before baby’s arrival. Potential services can include: meal prep, nursery setup, packing the hospital bag, setting up a nursing station, prepping the home with supplies, newborn care instruction, and more!

    FEE: $350/4 hour visit, virtual or in-person

    Home Organization Support

    Organization is a passion of mine! I will come to your home to offer and implement suggestions on how to maximize your space for efficiency, organization and access to accommodate your growing family.

    FEE: $75/hour, virtual or in-person

    Registry Creation Support

    With a curated list of my favorite postpartum “must haves,” I will help you create a registry list catered to your specific needs and living situation.

    FEE: $75, virtual only
