Childbirth Education Classes
Quality, Evidence-Based Education & Access
As a BACE Certified Childbirth Educator, I will guide you through what to expect throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. I explain unmedicated remedies, as well as medical tools that are available to a birthing person as they progress through the stages of labor. I will use my skills as a doula to share hands-on techniques, and advice on how to encourage labor to be more straightforward and calm. I will provide evidence based resources that help expectant parents make educated, informed decisions that are communicated effectively with care providers.

“Erin helped me think through and put together my birth plan in a really organized way and she was available to talk at all times. Erin also shared a lot of helpful information and guided me to ask the right questions with my doctor. There are a lot of things that I love about Erin, but what stands out to me is that she never tells me what to do, rather, she helps me find my intuition to feel good about all the decisions I'm making.” – Tammy
